I regularly order online from the websites on this page as part of my weekly shop for four good reasons: To only use the very best organic produce; to support smaller, independent businesses with strong, ethical animal and environmental welfare practices; to banish toxic chemicals from our home; and to ensure that my family and I are using the purest products available that support health, longevity and wellbeing.

Food & Groceries
Set in the heart of Lancashire, Gazegill Organics farm is run as every farm should be. Their animal welfare practices are exceptional, in fact you can join their online community for your weekly dose of joyful animal videos. Emma’s Dairy at Gazegill provide all our raw whole milk, milked from happy, free-roaming, long-lived, organic cows. Their raw milk is an excellent source of goodness, not to be compared with milk from cruel commercial dairy farms or even conventional organic milk.
Riverford are a long established one-stop-shop for organic groceries. They’ve been growing vegetables since 1987 and offer all sorts of veg, fruit, grass fed organic meat and more, fresh from their farm, delivered free to your door. Everything they grow and sell is organic.
A real favourite of mine, their online shopping and delivery service is first rate. I order a significant portion of our organic fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, meat and wine from here. They also have the UK’s largest online organic cheese shop. You can order a regular pre-mixed seasonal veg box, or hand select your own ingredients, as I do each week.
STORE CUPBOARD INGREDIENTS
A huge online store of nuts, seeds and store cupboard essentials, with extensive organic options. A regular order from Healthy Supplies is an essential part of my monthly shopping. They offer free shipping on all orders of £39.
Beautifully and sustainably packaged in glass jars that you can reuse, their extensive range of herbs, spices, seasonings and condiments include many that are fairly-traded and organic. They also stock a range of organic teas and coffees, and have some lovely gifts and hampers that are perfect for foodie friends.
A family run, real food business based in East Lothian, Scotland, started in 2011. Their ethos is to make available foods that are minimally processed, as close to their natural state and avoid overly processed and highly refined foods. All of their products are gluten free and most are certified organic. I buy store cupboard essentials from here, such as organic ground almonds.
This premium grade macadamia oil is an absolute staple in my kitchen, and a must-have ingredient for my homemade mayonnaise. Packed full of goodness, this multi-award-winning macadamia oil is perfect for salad dressings, marinades, and with its nutty, sweet taste it also makes a great table dipping oil. From a cook’s perspective, it has a high smoke point of 410F and can be used for high temperature cooking such as stir fries or baking.
